Music mixing is the process of integrating multiple audio files from a song into a final, coherent version with balanced levels, stereo positioning, and effects. I’ll use volume, panning (left/right placement), and employ tools like equalization (EQ), effects (like reverb or delay) and compression to ensure that every element, from vocals to instruments, merges seamlessly and sounds professional. Every song needs a different attention, and it’s not the same. Expect from me a care for the details to make your songs stand out.

The final stage of audio post-production, where a song or album is polished to be consistent across all playback systems and formats, from music streaming platforms to CD, Vinyl, etc.

Music production is the process of creating a song or piece of music from its initial idea (a demo, a phone recording or whatever you’ve got) to a final and cohesive song ready for editing (if needed), mixing, and mastering. As a music producer, I’ll oversee these steps to shape the song's overall sound, manage the project, and ensure the final product is polished and ready for distribution.

Vendaval Music Studio is equipped with a bunch of awesome equipment, from analog preamps, EQs, compressors and microphones, ready to record everything and anything from drums, guitars, bass, vocals or whatever you need.

I’m a strong believer that for the best results everything starts at the source: the tones and the aesthetics. Like everything in music, recording is also an art that takes years of practice, and I am proud of myself for the tones that I’m able to capture nowadays. 

Be ready for us to take some time to experiment. Recording needs time to reach the ultimate goal of sounding awesome, even before mixing and mastering. The rest is just the cherry on the top. 

Music songwriting is the process of creating a song, which involves combining musical elements like melody, harmony, and rhythm with lyrics. It can be a collaborative process where one person writes the music and another writes the words, or it can be done by a single artist. Songwriting encompasses a wide range of musical creations, from pop tunes to symphonies, and involves developing lyrics, creating melodies, and structuring the song.

Remote songwriting is possible, and i’ve been doing that for a number of years but, if an artist has the budget for it, i’m hoping that Vendaval Music Studio gets to welcome you for us to work directly. It’s really important for me to offer a safe place for creativity, with no judgment and, in my opinion, Madeira is the perfect place to get inspired.
